Die große Formfläche und Ziehtiefe der 1250/1500 Thermoformmaschinen findet besonders in den Bereichen Automobilindustrie, Luftfahrt R&D, Schilder und Leuchtreklamen, als auch im Theater- und Filmgeschäft ihre Anwendung. Elektrische Heizungsverfahrung, pneumatischer Klemmrahmen und der serienmäßig verbaute Vakuumtank ermöglichen eine schnelle und einfache Bedienung mit einem leistungsstarkem Vakuum bei kurzen Zykluszeiten.
Bei der 1250er Maschine kommen standardmäßig Platten in der Größe 1220×1220, bei der 1500er Plattengrößen von 1500×1000 zum Einsatz, wobei mittels Reduzierrahmen auch kleinere Formate möglich sind. Im Vergleich zu großen platzraubenden Vollautomaten können mit der 1250/1500 Serie auch großformatige Tiefziehteile schnell produziert werden. Durch den einfachen Werkzeugwechsel, den guten Zugang zur Maschine sowie durch den Verzicht auf aufwendige Schutzumhausungen können unterschiedliche Projekte schnell hintereinander durchgeführt werden.
