Die Formech 508FS (Floor-Standing) bietet deutliche Vorteile gegenüber der Formech Tisch-Thermoformmaschinen. Durch die Funktionen Vorblasen und Stützluft, sowie durch die stärkere Pumpenleistung ist diese Maschine für besonders anspruchsvolle Applikationen und eine Vielzahl thermoformbarer Kunststoffe geeignet.

Die 508FS ist mit einer Touch-Screen Steuerung mit 20 Programmspeicherplätzen ausgestattet und bietet bei einer Ziehtiefe von bis zu 290mm ein Maximum an Flexibilität.

Vorblasen

Pre-stretch enables the user to pump air into the heated sheet, creating a bubble to avoid thinning of material with deeper tools.
