Die TF Serie wurde speziell für den Bereich Verpackungsdesign und Verpackungsproduktion entwickelt. Diese Tiefziehmaschine ist eine kompakte und kosteneffiziente Alternative zu Hochgeschwindigkeit-Inline-Maschinen. Auf der TF Thermoformmaschine kann Rollenmaterial bis zu einer Stärke von 1,8mm und Kunststoffplatten bis zu einer Stärke von 6mm verarbeitet werden.
Serienmäßig ist die TF Serie mit Oberstempel ausgestattet und bietet somit eine sehr hohe Flexibilität für viele unterschiedliche Anwendungen von Schokoladenformen bis hin zur Produktion von Innenausstattung im Automobilbereich. Die TF Serie 2 ist mit der ‘FCV’ (Formech Cycle View) Steuerung mit 10” hochauflösendem Touch-Display ausgestattet. Der Produktions- und Zyklusstatus ist sofort sichtbar und alle Parameter können in Echtzeit ohne Unterbrechung des laufenden Produktionszyklus verändert werden.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren TF Kunden und mittels der neuen übersichtlichen grafischen Oberfläche ist es Formech gelungen eine intuitive und einfach zu bedienende Automatik-Tiefziehmaschine anzubieten. Sie ist ideal für Anwender mit und ohne Erfahrung. Durch die optionale Doppelheizungsfunktion eignet sich die TF Serie für viele Einsatzgebiete im Bereich Thermoformen.
